EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
- Even Minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row


Instructions:
Complete the specified number of deadlifts on the odd minutes and row for the specified calories on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed for proper form and intensity.
