AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m Row
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Use a challenging weight for the kettlebell swings.
- Step up or jump up on the box jumps based on skill level.
- Maintain good form throughout the workout to avoid injury.
