AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 250 Meter Row
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Notes:
- Start each round with a 250 meter row, then move on to the box jumps and burpees.
- Complete as many rounds as possible in the 15-minute time cap.
