AMRAP Cardio Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 meter Row
  • 20 Burpees
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rower
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the row, burpees, and kettlebell swings. Keep a steady pace on the rower and push yourself on the burpees and kettlebell swings. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
