EMOM Cardio RowerEvery minute on the minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- 15/12 Calorie Row
Instructions:
- Set the rower to the desired calorie setting before starting the workout.
- Complete 15/12 calories on the rower at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
- Push yourself on the rower to complete the calories within each minute.
