- 10 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
Equipment: Rower, Barbell
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the row, power snatches, and overhead squats. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the snatches and overhead squats to prevent injury. Adjust the weight if needed to maintain good technique.
