Tabata Weightlifting Rower

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
- 1 minute rest between exercises.


Exercises:
1. Row (Calories)
2. Deadlifts (#185/#135)
3. Box Jumps (24"/20")
4. Push Press (#95/#65)


Instructions:
Complete each exercise for 8 rounds of Tabata before moving on to the next one. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Keep track of total reps for each exercise.
