- 30 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Burpees over the Rower
- 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete all the reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially on the handstand push-ups. Adjust the weights and heights as needed to challenge yourself.
