Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:
    • Double-unders
    • Burpees
    • Box Jumps
    • Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- Rope
- Box


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Tips: Focus on maintaining intensity throughout each round, especially during the short 20-second work intervals. Adjust movements as needed to maintain proper form and technique.
