- 15 Toes to Bar
- 1 Peg Board Ascent
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 toes to bar, and 1 peg board ascent. Make sure to scale the weight of the deadlifts and modify the peg board ascent as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Have a spotter for safety when using the peg board.
