  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Rope climbs can be substituted with 10 strict pull-ups per rope climb. Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the chipper workout.
