Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5x5 Deadlifts

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata Rope Climbs, alternating between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- After completing the Tabata portion, move on to the strength portion and perform 5 sets of 5 Deadlifts.
- Scale the weight of the Deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form.
- Push yourself during the Tabata intervals while focusing on form and technique during the Deadlifts.
