For Time:
- 100 Double-Unders
- 800 Meter Run
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 800 Meter Run
- 30 Handstand Push-Ups
- 800 Meter Run


Equipment:
- Rope
- Pull-Up Bar


Notes:
- Scale double-unders to single-unders as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Scale handstand push-ups to seated dumbbell press if unable to do handstand push-ups.
