Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Rope Climbs
    2. Dumbbell Thrusters

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells
- Choose a challenging weight for the thrusters


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort rope climbs and 20 seconds of max effort dumbbell thrusters, with 10 seconds of rest in between each movement.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
