Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Double-Unders
    • Power Snatches
    • Box Jumps
    • Push Press

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between Double-Unders, Power Snatches, Box Jumps, and Push Press. Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
