Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Rope Climbs
    2. Push Press
    3. Box Jumps
    4. Burpees

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell for Push Press
- Box for Box Jumps


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
