Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Weighted Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rope
- Weighted vest or dumbbell for added resistance


Instructions:
Perform a Weighted Rope Climb for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. For the Weighted Rope Climbs, ensure proper technique and control for each climb. Adjust the weight as needed to challenge yourself within the 20-second intervals.
