  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Rope Climbs
    • Push Press (95/65 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Rope Climbs and Push Press.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
