  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar

  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rope for double-unders and rope climbs
- Kettlebell for swings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
