Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Weightlifting (Power Snatches)
    • 10 seconds of Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many Power Snatches as possible in 20 seconds, then immediately switch to Rope Climbs for 10 seconds. Rest for 1 minute after each completed round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
