AMRAP Skill Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rope
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 rope climbs, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 kettlebell swings. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Have a spotter for the handstand push-ups if necessary.
