EMOM Skill RopeEMOM for 15 minutes:
- Minute 1: 5 Rope Climbs
- Minute 2: 15 Box Jumps
- Minute 3: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Rope
- Box
Instructions:
Perform the designated exercises at the start of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements for a total of 15 minutes. Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
