EMOM Skill Rope

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 5 Rope Climbs
  • Minute 2: 15 Box Jumps
  • Minute 3: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Rope
- Box


Instructions:
Perform the designated exercises at the start of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements for a total of 15 minutes. Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
