AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 rope climbs, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 box jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Remember to focus on technique and efficiency, especially when climbing the rope.
