AMRAP Skill RopeAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Rope Climbs
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Kettlebell Swings

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Make sure to properly secure the rope for climbing to prevent any accidents. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
