EMOM Skill RopeEMOM x 15:
- Minute 1: 5 Rope Climbs
- Minute 2: 10 Burpees
- Minute 3: 15 Kettlebell Swings

- Kettlebell
Instructions:
Perform the designated number of reps for each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
