AMRAP Strength Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 15 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
- Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout
- Have a spotter for the rope climbs if needed
