Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between:
- Rope Climbs
- Deadlifts (#225 / #155)


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between rope climbs and deadlifts.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
