Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1 minute rest between movements

  1. Double-unders
  2. Power Snatches

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of double-unders, rest for 10 seconds, then move on to power snatches for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Rest for 1 minute between switching movements.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire workout.
