Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Double-unders
    • Hang Power Clean (95/65 lbs)

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders and hang power cleans as possible within the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
