Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for 8 rounds


Workout:
1. Double-Unders
2. Burpees
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Air Squats


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Try to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20 second work period.
