Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds):


  • Rope Climbs

Strength Focus:


  • Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:
    • 5 Deadlifts (heavy weight)

Instructions:
- Perform as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the Tabata, rest 5 minutes before starting the strength portion.
- For the strength portion, increase weight each round if possible, focusing on good form and technique.
