Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  • Alternating between:
    • Rope Climbs
    • Dumbbell Thrusters

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of as many reps as possible of rope climbs, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Then, complete 20 seconds of as many reps as possible of dumbbell thrusters, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
