EMOM Cardio RopeEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Double Unders
- Even Minutes: 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Perform 15 Double Unders on the odd minutes and 10 Burpees on the even minutes. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
