EMOM Skill Rope

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Double-Unders
  • Minute 2: 5 Rope Climbs
  • Minute 3: 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • Minute 4: Rest

Equipment:
- Rope
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete the designated reps for each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
