- 50 Double Unders
- 40 Kettlebell Swings
- 30 Box Jumps
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Rope Climbs

- Box
- Pull-up bar
- Rope
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Scale rope climbs to rope pulls or rope hangs if needed. Make sure to maintain good form on all movements to prevent injury.
