  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Rope Climbs

Equipment: Jump Rope, Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups or rope lowers if needed. Remember to maintain good form throughout the workout.
