  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Box Jumps

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, moving on to the next only after finishing the required reps. Push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the workout to finish within the time cap.
