  • 50 Double-unders
  • 30 Toes-to-bar
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rope
- Pull-up bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Scale double-unders to single-unders as needed. Sub for rope climbs can be 10 strict pull-ups per climb. This workout will test both endurance and skill on the rope.
