EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Double-unders + 5 Toes-to-bar
  • Even Minutes: 10 Alternating Pistols + 5 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout.
