AMRAP Gymnastics RopeAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Double Unders
- 15 Toes-to-bar
- 30 Double Unders
Instructions:
- This workout is a continuous cycle of the listed movements. Complete as many rounds as possible in the 15-minute time frame.
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows or Pull-ups if needed.
- Double Unders must be unbroken to count towards the rep scheme.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire duration of the workout.
