- 25 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Double-Unders
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Double-Unders
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the double-unders unbroken if possible, and aim to push through the toes-to-bar with efficient kipping technique. Scale the double-unders to single-unders as needed, and scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
