AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 50 double-unders, 20 push-ups, and 10 toes-to-bar. Scale the double-unders to single-unders as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
