Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Weighted Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rope
- Weight for added resistance on rope climbs


Instructions:
Perform as many weighted rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds. Use a weight that challenges you but allows for continuous movement throughout the 20-second interval.
