AMRAP Weightlifting Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Double Unders

Equipment: Barbell, Rope


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout, especially on the toes-to-bar and double unders. Scale the weight and movements as needed to keep moving at a steady pace.
