EMOM Strength RopeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Rope Climbs
- Even minutes: 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
Instructions:
- In this workout, you will alternate between Rope Climbs and Deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Scale the weight of the Deadlifts and the height of the Rope Climbs as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on pacing yourself to maintain consistency in your reps for each movement.
