AMRAP Strength RopeAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Rope Climbs
- 20 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 40 Air Squats
Instructions:
- Each round consists of all movements in order.
- Scale rope climbs to rope pull-ups or 5 rope climbs per round.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups as needed.
- Choose a kettlebell weight that allows for unbroken sets.
