Chipper Strength Rope

For Time:


  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Jump Rope, Box


Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
