AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells


Notes:
- Scale the number of rope climbs as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell thrusters that allows you to complete sets unbroken.
- Push the pace on the sit-ups to keep moving consistently throughout the AMRAP.
