AMRAP Strength Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 40 Sit-ups

Instructions:
- Each round consists of completing all the reps of each movement in order.
- Scale rope climbs to rope pull-ups or rope lowers if needed.
- Choose a weight for the thrusters that allows for unbroken sets early on.
- Keep a steady pace and focus on consistent movement throughout the workout.
