  • 10 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Rope
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
- Pull-up bar for Toes-to-bar and Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
- Climbing rope for Rope Climbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
